MVNX Link Portal Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Portal Terms govern access to and use of the MVNX Link online portal, including onboarding tools, dashboards, workflows, documentation, files, configuration tools, support features, and related functionality.
1. Relationship to Other Agreements
Your organization’s relationship with MVNX Link may also be governed by a nondisclosure agreement, master services agreement, statement of work, order form, service level agreement, or other written agreement (“Customer Agreements”). These Portal Terms govern use of the Portal and do not replace those agreements. If there is a conflict, the applicable Customer Agreement controls.
2. Authorized Access
Portal access is limited to authorized users. Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, avoid credential sharing, promptly report suspected compromise, and use the Portal only for legitimate business purposes associated with their organization’s relationship with MVNX Link.
3. Customer Materials
Your organization retains ownership of materials it submits. You represent that your organization has the rights needed to provide them and authorize MVNX Link and its service providers to host, process, reproduce, modify, configure, and use them as reasonably necessary to provide, implement, support, and operate contracted services.
4. MVNX Link Intellectual Property
The Portal and its technology, interfaces, workflows, designs, templates, documentation, processes, configuration methodologies, APIs, automation, and data structures remain MVNX Link intellectual property. Portal access does not transfer ownership. Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, remove proprietary notices, or provide unauthorized third parties access, except where expressly permitted by law or a Customer Agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations remain governed by applicable Customer Agreements, including any NDA between MVNX Link and your organization.
6. Onboarding and Configuration
Information submitted through the Portal may be used to configure and implement services. Your organization is responsible for accuracy. MVNX Link may lock submitted or approved configurations and require later changes through its support or change-request process. Portal approval does not modify pricing, service levels, or contractual commitments.
7. Acceptable Use and Security
Users may not violate law, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with Portal operation, probe security without written authorization, submit unauthorized information, or use the Portal in a manner that could reasonably harm MVNX Link, its customers, carriers, or service providers.
8. Third-Party Services
Portal functionality may rely on third-party hosting, technology, telecommunications networks, platforms, or service providers. Applicable Customer Agreements may contain additional terms for those services.
9. Availability and Changes
MVNX Link may update Portal functionality. Contractual availability commitments, if any, are governed solely by the applicable Customer Agreement or SLA.
10. Suspension and Termination
MVNX Link may suspend or terminate Portal access when a user is no longer authorized, the customer relationship ends, an account may be compromised, these terms are violated, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect systems, data, users, carriers, or service providers.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and remedies relating to MVNX Link services are governed by applicable Customer Agreements. These Portal Terms do not expand MVNX Link’s liability beyond those agreements.
12. Privacy
Personal information associated with Portal access is addressed in the MVNX Link Portal Privacy Policy.
13. Updates
MVNX Link may update these terms and may require renewed acceptance for material updates. The current version and effective date will be displayed in the Portal.
